Short version
Cirql does not collect, store on a server, share or sell any personal data. There are no ads, no tracking, no analytics and no accounts. Nothing leaves your iPhone or Apple Watch.
What the app stores
- Your settings (work time, rest time, number of rounds) are stored locally on your devices and exchanged between your iPhone and your Apple Watch directly via Apple's Watch Connectivity. They are not sent anywhere else.
- Review prompt: a local counter of completed workouts is used to decide when to ask for an App Store rating. It never leaves your device.
Health data (HealthKit)
- While you train, Cirql starts a workout session so that the timer keeps running reliably in the background.
- On Apple Watch the workout is saved to the Health app as a high-intensity interval training. For this, the Watch app may read heart rate and active energy during the workout. This data stays in the Health app on your devices, is controlled by you in the Health app and is never sent to us or to any third party.
- You can revoke access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
Other
- Cirql uses no third-party SDKs and makes no network requests.
- Live Activities (lock screen / Dynamic Island) are generated on your device. No push notifications or servers are involved.

Kurzfassung
Cirql erhebt, speichert auf Servern, teilt oder verkauft keine personenbezogenen Daten. Es gibt keine Werbung, kein Tracking, keine Analyse und keine Konten. Nichts verlässt dein iPhone oder deine Apple Watch.
Was die App speichert
- Deine Einstellungen (Trainingszeit, Pause, Rundenzahl) liegen lokal auf deinen Geräten und werden direkt über Apples Watch Connectivity zwischen iPhone und Apple Watch abgeglichen. Sie werden nirgendwo anders hin gesendet.
- Bewertungsanfrage: Ein lokaler Zähler abgeschlossener Trainings entscheidet, wann um eine Bewertung im App Store gebeten wird. Er verlässt dein Gerät nie.
Gesundheitsdaten (HealthKit)
- Während du trainierst, startet Cirql eine Workout-Sitzung, damit der Timer im Hintergrund zuverlässig weiterläuft.
- Auf der Apple Watch wird das Training als hochintensives Intervalltraining in der Health-App gespeichert. Dafür darf die Watch-App während des Trainings Herzfrequenz und Aktivenergie lesen. Diese Daten bleiben in der Health-App auf deinen Geräten, du steuerst sie dort selbst und sie werden weder an uns noch an Dritte gesendet.
- Den Zugriff kannst du jederzeit unter Einstellungen → Datenschutz & Sicherheit → Health widerrufen.
Sonstiges
- Cirql verwendet keine Fremd-SDKs und stellt keine Netzwerkanfragen.
- Live-Aktivitäten (Sperrbildschirm / Dynamic Island) entstehen auf deinem Gerät. Es sind weder Push-Benachrichtigungen noch Server beteiligt.
