Questions
What happens after the 30 days?
You can still open Cirql and change your settings, but starting a new workout asks you to unlock. A workout that is already running is never interrupted.
Is it a subscription?
No. It is a single in-app purchase. You are charged once.
Can I share it with my family?
Yes. Cirql supports Apple Family Sharing: when one family member unlocks it, everyone in your Family Sharing group can use it. Each person still gets their own 30-day trial first.
New iPhone or reinstalled the app?
Open the unlock screen and tap “Restore purchase”. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID. Reinstalling does not restart the 30 days, because the start date comes from Apple.
Does it work on Apple Watch and Garmin?
Yes. The unlock is on your iPhone and covers the Apple Watch app and the Garmin watch app.
I have a code.
Open the unlock screen in Cirql and tap “Redeem code”, or redeem it in the App Store (your profile → Redeem Gift Card or Code).
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What about my data?

Was passiert nach den 30 Tagen?
Du kannst Cirql weiterhin öffnen und deine Einstellungen ändern, aber zum Starten eines neuen Trainings musst du freischalten. Ein bereits laufendes Training wird nie unterbrochen.
Ist das ein Abo?
Nein. Es ist ein einzelner In-App-Kauf. Du zahlst einmal.
Kann ich es mit meiner Familie teilen?
Ja. Cirql unterstützt die Apple-Familienfreigabe: Schaltet ein Familienmitglied frei, können alle in deiner Familienfreigabe es nutzen. Jede Person bekommt trotzdem zuerst ihre eigenen 30 Testtage.
Neues iPhone oder App neu installiert?
Öffne den Freischalt-Bildschirm und tippe auf „Restore purchase“ (Kauf wiederherstellen). Dein Kauf hängt an deiner Apple-ID. Eine Neuinstallation startet die 30 Tage nicht neu, denn das Startdatum kommt von Apple.
Gilt es auch für Apple Watch und Garmin?
Ja. Die Freischaltung liegt auf dem iPhone und deckt die Apple-Watch-App und die Garmin-App ab.
